Public Appearance Information

Thank You for considering or allowing us to be at your event as we appreciate any opportunity to interact with the public and even provide a service if that was your intent. 

We attend events so we can set up our booth which we will use for promoting our station and our nonprofit. We have found though that some folks may still be confused as to how we operate in public since we do not sell anything. The information you see here should help clarify any questions so when we arrive you know what to expect as much as possible. 

This will avoid those issues we may encounter at your event as a Radio Station. 

We operate on the idea of playing music so that it can be heard clearly in front of our booth. We do this so people who walk by hear our music. We have been “asked” to provide services (Music, Video) in exchange for support or other consideration

Once we see they are liking the music , we engage and communicate with them. We have some visual material and handouts, but if people cannot hear what we play, they most likely will not ever listen even if we talk to them. 

Since our music is designed for everyday public consumption we seldom create an issue with the type we play. 

In most cases we are in a place where we can freely play and raise the volume. 

We can also offer to be the music you need at an event and/or in a location where it helps you cover the entertainment gaps.

If your event has music, which many events will and we are not able to be heard clearly 10-20 feet from our booth, please let’s work together to find a good spot for us or let us know so we will not waste your time and ours.

We wish to be a positive part of every function. We are able to Live Broadcast anytime, anywhere worldwide. If we are at an event for press purposes, we make all material we create available for free to all who ask. 

We attempt to provide accommodating multi genre music and offer this all for free to the public online which we support with our nonprofit and thank those that support it.
