At Radio Bob, we would like to think of ourselves as more than just an internet radio station playing great commercial free music. Our premium music and content is designed to help people get through their workday and also become more well informed on topics that assist in the improvement of physical, emotional,

 spiritual and financial well-being. 

It is our mission to provide a network of resources that provides community services designed to help people and businesses in these key areas. You can support our mission and station in various ways such as; becoming a listener, telling others about our station, donating music and/or content for us to air or providing sponsorship funds. We operate the station as a non-profit operation and do not charge any membership fees to listen. Come participate and help us grow! 

  Purpose of Non Profit

A. This Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.

B. The specific purpose of this Corporation is primarily to provide community services designed to assist in helping improve physical, emotion, spiritual or financial well-being, and to carry on other charitable activities associated with this purpose as allowed by law. Additionally, this Corporation may engage in any activities that are reasonably related to or in furtherance of its stated charitable purposes, or

 in any other charitable activities.

C. This Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").
