Radio Bob is a nonprofit internet radio station dedicated to delivering commercial-free music and original, purpose-driven content designed to inspire, inform, and uplift. Our programming supports the whole person—focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual,
and financial well-being. Our mission goes beyond broadcasting. We are building a community-centered platform that connects listeners, businesses, and creators with resources, stories, and opportunities that encourage growth and resilience.
We believe media can do more than entertain—it can make a difference. Through music, conversation, and collaboration, Radio Bob exists to create a space where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to move forward and
gain the services they need from us if desired for free and in a safe space.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide youth and young adults with access to career exploration, mentorship, workforce development, and hands-on educational experiences through community media, motorsports engagement, and industry partnerships. We strive to create inclusive opportunities that foster leadership, technical skills, confidence, creativity, and long-term career readiness in a rapidly evolving world. What began as a passion for live broadcasting and motorsports has evolved into a growing community-driven outreach platform focused on connecting people with real-world opportunities and experiences. Through our live radio broadcasts, event coverage, public appearances, and community involvement, we have built relationships within motorsports, transportation, technical industries, and public service environments that allow us to create meaningful pathways for the next generation.
What We Do
Our organization actively attends and participates in live events including NHRA races, Speed Tour events, Sprint Car racing, Bonneville-related events, automotive gatherings, and community functions. Unlike many internet-based media platforms that operate solely behind a computer screen, we believe in showing up, building relationships face-to-face, and becoming part of the communities and industries we support.
By broadcasting live from events, operating public booths, interviewing participants, supporting local organizations, and engaging directly with attendees, we create opportunities for youth and young adults to experience industries and career environments firsthand. Participants can gain exposure to live media production, event operations, communications, motorsports culture, technical trades, transportation careers, and public service opportunities while developing valuable personal and professional skills.
