Radio Bob is a nonprofit internet radio station dedicated to delivering commercial-free music and original, purpose-driven content designed to inspire, inform, and uplift. Our programming supports the whole person—focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual,
and financial well-being. Our mission goes beyond broadcasting. We are building a community-centered platform that connects listeners, businesses, and creators with resources, stories, and opportunities that encourage growth and resilience.
We believe media can do more than entertain—it can make a difference. Through music, conversation, and collaboration, Radio Bob exists to create a space where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to move forward and gain the services they need from us if desired for free and in a safe space.

Purpose of Non Profit
A. This Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any individual. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.
B. The specific purpose of this Corporation is to provide community services designed to help improve physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial well-being, and to engage in other charitable activities consistent with this purpose as permitted by law. In addition, this Corporation may carry out any activities reasonably related to or in furtherance of its stated charitable objectives.
C. This Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").
